Diagnostic Wax Up

Is this wax-up charge per unit or for the total wax-up? What comes with the final case? Is this a STL file of a model that we print in office?

The Design fee is for a full set per arch. The $48 dollar fee is for the print per arch. 
You can recieve the STL File for printing, but the order comes with a printed model. 

Do we enter the total number of teeth to be waxed up as the unit or is 1 arch a "unit". If I want 20 teeth waxed up is this 20 units or 2 units?

It would be 2 Units.

What is the turnaround time for a digital wax-up only( let’s say 6 anterior units) 2. Design, print in white resin, print PMMAs or any other material for a temporary?Turn around time.
